1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Platinum VIP website, Members Hub, horse-racing analysis and membership services. By using the website or purchasing or applying for a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.

Age requirement: Platinum VIP is for adults aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 to register, purchase a membership or use our services. We may request proof of age and may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe the age requirement has not been met.

2. OUR SERVICES

Platinum VIP provides independent horse-racing information, analysis, selections and related membership content. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers or hold money for betting.

Our content is general information only. It is not financial, investment or professional advice, and it is not a promise that a particular horse, selection or strategy will succeed. You decide whether to place a bet and do so with a bookmaker of your choice.

3. ACCOUNTS AND MEMBERSHIP

Some services require a Members Hub account or approval. Please provide accurate account details and keep your login information secure. Your account and membership are for your personal use. Do not share your login or let another person use your access.

Your access lasts for the period and tier shown when your membership is purchased or assigned. Access may depend on payment confirmation and account approval. A membership ends when its stated period expires unless it is renewed. It does not renew automatically unless a checkout page expressly says otherwise.

4. MEMBERSHIP CONTENT

Platinum VIP owns or has permission to use the analysis, selections, reports, graphics and other member-only content on the site and in our private channels. Your membership gives you personal access; it does not transfer ownership.

Do not copy, sell, repost, record, screenshot or forward member-only content to non-members or public groups without our written permission. We may suspend or end access for misuse, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

5. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Prices, membership periods and any offer conditions are shown on the relevant offer or renewal information at the time of purchase. A membership is activated after the required payment is confirmed and any required account approval is completed.

Because membership content and digital access may be supplied promptly, refunds are generally not available for a change of mind after access or delivery has begun. This does not remove any refund, cancellation or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a payment or access problem occurs, contact us so we can review it.

6. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Horse-racing betting carries a risk of losing money. Never bet money needed for living costs, borrow to bet, or treat selections as guaranteed income. You are responsible for setting limits and deciding when to stop.

7. AVAILABILITY AND RISK

Race information, odds, markets, schedules and conditions can change. We aim to provide useful and timely material, but cannot guarantee that every item is complete, current or error-free, or that the website, Members Hub or third-party channels will always be available without interruption.

You use our information at your own discretion and risk. Past results do not predict future results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum VIP is not responsible for betting losses or other loss arising from reliance on information supplied through our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or right that the law does not allow to be excluded.

8. PRIVACY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Services such as WhatsApp and bookmakers are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

9. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

We may update these Terms when our services or requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you.
