1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Platinum VIP (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our “Raceday Ready” analytics, our private communication channels (Telegram/WhatsApp), and our subscription services.

By accessing our website or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

 

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

Platinum VIP is an independent horse racing analytics and information provider.

  • 2.1 No Bookmaking: We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets or hold user funds for wagering purposes.

  • 2.3 No Financial Advice: While we use investment terminology to describe our strategies, our services do not constitute “financial advice” under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) of South Africa or UK financial regulations.

  • 4.2 NO LIABILITY FOR LOSSES: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLATINUM VIP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND ANALYSTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, OR LOSS OF PROFIT RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR INFORMATION.

  • 4.3 No Guarantees: Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee the accuracy of our data or the success of any specific “Advised Play.”

  • 6.1 Ownership: All content produced by Platinum VIP, including but not limited to the “Raceday Ready” framework, is the intellectual property of Platinum VIP.

  • 6.2 No Redistribution: Your membership grants you a personal license. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, screenshotting, or forwarding our analysis to non-members or public groups.

  • 6.3 Breach: Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination without refund and legal action for damages.

7. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • 7.1 Digital Goods Policy (No Refunds): Due to the digital nature of our service, where information is consumed immediately, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made or a report is delivered.

  • 7.2 Subscription Management: It is your responsibility to manage your subscription renewal settings via your account dashboard.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
